    Hello AST Team,

    I have two problems with your Plugin:

    1.) I have switched the option on, that on the last email the tracking information should be added, witch will not appear in the emails, also not in the email designer. Only in the costumer site, the tracking info appears. How can I add this information to the email manually?

    2.) The Bulk upload site at the plugin is absolutely empty. There is no field or button …

    It seems that there is a main problem. Also a reinstallation does not help!

    Hi @w2filaments,

    We checked these two points but we can’t replicate these issues. Can you please check if you installed the latest version of the Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin and WooCommerce.

    Can you also please check the console if there is any javascript error in it.

    There is a checkbox in the bottom of the message box saying “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” – you should uncheck it

    Hello Zorem,
    Problem 1 we solved with the [Payment Instruction] commend at the WP Mail Editor.
    Problem 2 is still one. Yes we have installed the lastest version. With role do I need that the BULK IMPORT site is shown?

    We checked these issue but we can’t replicate it, the CSV tab is displayed correctly.
    make sure you are using the latest version of WP, WC, and AST and all your other plugins, if the issue persists, it might be a conflict with other plugins, try to deactivate all other plugins and re-activate them one-by-one to see which one create a conflict.
