• I’ve been testing out some features on my blog https://www.askmeabout.us and ended up with a bunch of posts that I want to delete. From the admin panel everything deleted fine, and even in the database the posts are gone.

However, when I view the site there are still posts there. No data, no author, no nothing, except that they’re there.

If I log in as admin I am able to edit them. This restores them as regular posts and there is one less phantom post there.

At this point I don’t know if it’s a P2 theme thing, or just a WordPress thing in general.

If there’s nothing in the database to display, what exactly is P2 trying to grab from to make it think there should be posts there?

  • have you tried to clear your cache ?

I tried three themes, all the same. Also, three different browsers (clearing cache) and still the same.

I don’t get it. Isn’t the callout for showing a post based on what’s in the database? But these posts are not in the db.
