404 error on install – help!

  • I’m attempting to run a 2nd WP install on one server. I’ve download WP 2.8.4, have changed the config file, have set up a new mysql database, etc. When I run the install.php in a browser, I get the following error (see link and error message).

    https://64.27.55.162/public/html/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

    404 Not Found
    The server can not find the requested page:

    64.27.55.162/public/html/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php (port 80)
    Please forward this error screen to 64.27.55.162’s WebMaster.

    Any suggestions?
