For the last two days I’ve been having on and off White pages on simply simple podcast series pages and inconsistent performance of the plugin… Half the time it’ll work on the front end half the time it won’t.

I’m currently running on WordPress 5.3 and the latest PHP version.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Update on my end, downgraded to 5.2.4 so I can continue to use my site, I was getting quite pissed off with WordPress 5.3 working with absolutely nothing.

Sorry to hear you’re running into this kind of issue. At this point with reverting back to WP 5.2.4 are all things running as you’d expect?

No it didn’t work as I thought it would I’m still having the issue with strictly this plugin I don’t notice any issue with any other plugin.

Can you tell us what version of PHP you’re running on?

Also have you tried running a theme/plugin conflict test?

I’ve checked every single plugin and narrowed it down to simply simple podcasts, I went back to twenty twenty the default WordPress 5.3 theme seems to make no difference though same issue no matter what theme I’m using.

    I’m running PHP 7.3

I do have a bit of a suggestion on what might be going on, I think if you put a lot of posts with a lot of pictures and file links it makes feeds longer and might crash the plugin or make something go badly, I’m currently adjusting my bigger posts into a separate blog posts and keeping the feed mostly link free and seeing if that helps. Because I broke the plugin last time by using a lot of photos and links all at once.

Hi @shinymewy this is definitely possible. A lot of this would depend on the length of your podcast posts, what types of content you have in them, and even things like your website hosting provider. If any of those are too restrictive then you could run into timeout or 504 errors on your site which may be resulting in the white screen you’re discussing.
