Can’t Change From Email

    Hi,

    I need help. I can’t change my from email address. I attached the picture here:

    What can i do to change it ?
    Since i can’t change it there i can’t connect it to the right email address

    I also have this error:

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v1.7.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

  • Hi @fjrnom,

    I apologize for any confusion. When you’re using a Gmail mailer, you’ll need to get a Client ID and Client Secret and authorize your Gmail account. Here’s our step by step tutorial for setting up Gmail mailer.

    Gmail mailer will take your account’s email address as a ‘From Email’, that is why the ‘From Email’ in the settings is disabled and greyed out.
