“Free Choice” Answers Not Showing In Quiz

Hi all a little help please

For some reason when you do a “free choice” question, once someone does the quiz and submits it & then selects ‘view questions’ the response is either ‘incorrect’ or ‘correct’ it doesn’t actually give the person the answer. Say I want the person to type in the number 12 as a answer.

The only fix I can see is to put in the answer in the “Message with correct answer (optional)” and select the box for both incorrect and correct answers.

Is there something I’m missing here? Multiple choice answers and all the rest are fine.
