Can’t Access Support, Not receiving verification Email

  • I need help with WooCommerce Tax (fairly complicated issue) but I am not able to access support!

    When I try it says I need to verify my email address, I try and resend it and it links me to WordPress login where I log in with said email (same one registered as admin on the site) and then just have the home page.

    I never received any email in my “focused”, “other” or “junk” mail folders and returning to the woocommerce page gives me the same screen…

    It looks like it could be similar to this issue that was closed by a moderator but never actually resolved:

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have purchased quite a few woo-commerce add ons and would really like to be able to use support.

    Does this relate to some particular plugin or sales taxes in Woo in general?

    Sales Tax in general:

    I have a cart that contains items with standard rates (including GST & PST) and items with reduced rates (Labbeled GST-PST Exempt). I need to show the PST and GST as seperate lines (done by display tax totalls itemized) but I want to combine the GST amount of the standard rate item and the reduced rate item to show as just one rate so instead of:

    GST Tax (PST Exempt) (estimated for Canada) $25.00
    PST Tax (estimated for Canada) $7.00
    GST Tax (estimated for Canada) $5.35

    it would show:

    GST Tax (estimated for Canada) $30.35
    PST Tax (estimated for Canada) $7.00

    For context, it is because some safety items we sell are PST exempt. Here is a photo I hope this makes sense!

    @sterndata ask there about the tax question or not having access to woocommerce support? I would like access to support which was my prominent issue!

    If you’re using Woo premium products, you need to ask about that on woocommerce.com
