Flat rate shipping cost, but variable by purchased qty?

    Hi there!
    I have readed the documentation and did not find anything to achieve this…
    Our goal is to have some shipping discount when sending over some quantity…

    For example when less than 5 items use a formula like 10 + (2*[qty])
    But when > 5 items use 10 + (1.3*[qty])

    There is any way to achieve that? or something similar?
