    Ever since the new update when new customers register it is hit or miss if their registration shows up on our end.

    We have so many people say they have registered an account but it does not show up on our end. We never use to have an issue.

    What do we do?

  • I have a similar experience.

    In my case, I receive a new user registration email to my admin account if I set the user role to auto approve. If it is set to “Require Admin Review”; ironically the admin doesnt receive an email. Even the visitor doesnt get an email notification.
