Easy to Use Plugin – Great Customer Service

I recently began using the WP Google Maps plugin. I’m a beginner website developer. I’ve found WP Google Maps: 1) Very easy to use, 2) Many useful features, and 3)Outstanding customer service!
I had a error (my error) in one of the settings, and, thought it to be a WP Google Maps error. After I contacted their customer, they promptly addressed the issue, and, found my error quickly. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.
After that, I suggested a several new features that I would like to see in future releases. They placed my suggestions on their “Wish List” and let me know when a couple of them might be included.
All in all, the WP Google Maps plugin is great and so is their customer service.
