Unable to rename images

    I was using this plugin. It was working well.

    Recently I noticed that whenever I am uploading a doc image are appearing from past posts.

    Earlier if there was an image with the name IMG34.jpg it is not taking new images with the same name. It is loading the IMG34 image only which was uploaded in past posts.

    Can you please check?
