Help! Removing Blog Title From Page

I am having trouble figuring out how to remove some text on my static homepage (cassidyhammermeister.com) On the screen shot linked, directly above the placeholder image is the text “home”. This reappears on each page as the page is titled in the navigation bar (home, photo retouch, trademarks, etc). I would like to know just how to remove this text, as I have been unable to thus far, and am unable to proceed until I can resolve this issue. Any insight would be very helpful, as I am new to this sort of thing.
