    Welcome & Forget messages are coming from LoginPress customizer.
    While the strings you highlighted in the screenshot are WordPress default string. If your site is translated in your local language then it automatically translates. Otherwise, you can translate them from .pot file.
    Here’s helping tutorial on how you can translate the plugin strings into your local language.
