    I didn’t see Envira active on the site – are you using Envira Lite or the pro version? In any case can you describe the issue step by step and what you see vs. what you should see in Envira (https://enviragallery.com/docs/). Our developers might have a suggestion or will at least want to confirm the problem you are having.
