Shipping per product category

Is there a way to have fixed shipping rates per category? Now I have set the shipping classes I need yet only one category needs those set of rates and quite expensive for other products.

For instance there is a $12 item yet for shipping I see this for options:

2-Day Express: $110.00
2-Day AM: $130.00
First Overnight: $210.00
Priority Overnight: $190.00
Standard Overnight: $175.00

For this same item I have added shipping class for free shipping only yet shows other express options since it’s pulling from the zone.

Is there another way in doing this?
