Test Mode works; Live Mode gives error

    I’ve configured WooCommerce with Stripe and successfully created an order using test configuration.

    I’ve since disabled test mode and supplied the Live API Key and Secret, as well as the Webhook secret for a webhook on my domain.

    When I add a product to my cart and check out with a live credit card, I get the following error on my cart which is blocking the transaction from going through:
    No such customer: cus_GBfHuIDepDeuBT; a similar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request.

    I found a thread which mentions this could happen if using the same email address on a live transaction as was used on a test transaction. However, I’ve tried other email addresses and also gone to the stripe admin to purge the test data customer (no customers in there currently)

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I understand that you are able to process test transactions with Stripe, but when switching to live mode, you’re receiving an error. It sounds like you’re still using test keys to process the live transactions. You’ll need to navigate to your Stripe dashboard and grab the live keys as seen here: https://cld.wthms.co/OpjWjK
