cannot change facebook page connected to the plugin

    Hello,

    are a couple of days that I am trying to change the facebook page connected to the plugin.

    I have removed the plugin from BUSINESS INTEGRATION inside facebook.

    I have deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the plugin on WordPress.

    But every time it is connected to my facebook page.

    So in the plugin setting page, there just one button available saying “connect to facebook”. And when I click on it, it opens up my facebook page instead of one of my clients.

    Could you please support me?

    Hi, @claudek
    Please note that you can only see pages you’re Admin on Facebook and you grant app permission to manage those pages.
    1. So check if you have Admin role in page Settings -> Page Roles.

    I am going to ask the client to give me admin role to his facebook.

    What if I send him the link of the buttin “connect to facebook”?

    Because I have done but he still opes up my Facebook page and not his.

    Hi, @claudek
    If you want to be able to manage the WP-Chatbot you have to be an admin, otherwise, you need to bother your customer each time you need to sign in and also for some other functions.
