Hi WPComplete team. We love the plugin, it’s been super helpful for us. We are using it on our staff internal web site for training etc and tracking which staff have completed which courses. Occasionally we update a procedure or policy (post) and would like to reset all users to incomplete for that post. Is this possible? Thanks in advance. Rich

  • Hi – I also need to know how to do this. I’ve recently turned off wpcomplete on a course’s pages, but menus and other links to the pages still have ticks next to them and are greyed.
I need to reset/delete all user data for pages that used to be associated with a wpcomplete course.
I have removed all the pages and so the course is no longer listed in the course dropdown.
    thanks

@richardhaynes My apologies for missing this originally. This is not currently available but we’ve had a couple people ask about this. Could see this being useful.

@bolterswp This actually touches on a bigger thing. We should be better about breaking the cached completion values on the clients. I’ll look into this. Thanks!

Hi Zach, thanks for getting back to us. I’m guessing there’s a way of switching it in the back end SQL (haven’t got this far…)? I would consider lending you a developer for a day to have a go at resolving this if that would help getting it done. Thanks, Rich

@richardhaynes Just an fyi, this is now available in the latest version (2.7.0) of WPComplete. Let me know if that helps or if it’s still not taking care of what you need.
