Popup not showing

    Hi, @julianvu I’ve installed it and configured it, but the popup is not coming and it’s giving us a Black page which also can not be disabled! This means users not able to do anything even refresh is not working.

    We think that it might be because of JS, but not sure.
    We are using WP 5.3 and Fast Velocity Minify plugin. Should we exclude the JS files from being cached?

    Can this be because the plugin is not tested with WP 5.3 yet?

    Hi,
    I check with WP 5.3 and WC 3.8.0 and there’s no problem.
    Is there any error in the browser console?

    We’ve checked the console with many tests without any results and now after installation of the new version the GUI is all missed up, so we wait until it’s fixed and try again thanks.
