media player on the lock screen

    Hi,

    I have a wordpress dev. environment where I develop a podcast application for mp3 files. There is a problem when listening on a mp3 from Iphone or Ipad. When the file plays and you put the device to sleep and wake it up again you have the media player on the lock screen. If you press the pause button it will be paused but when pressing play button again IT WILL NOT START PLAY, nothing happens.

    I discovered that it depends on the Slimstat plugin. If I inactivate the plugin the described problem is gone. If I activate the Slimstat plugin the problem is there again.

    I run wordpress 5.3 and Slimstat 4.8.8.1.
