Exclude Posts

Hi Tom – thanks for this handy plugin.

I have used two lists on the same page.
First list is a ‘single random post’ from the Artist category at a large image size. Second list is ‘4 random posts’ from the same Artist category at smaller image sizes. Is there a way to exclude the ‘single random post’ that appears in the first list from the ‘4 random posts’ that appear in the second list? I tried activating ‘exclude current’ in the second list, but it didn’t work.
