Error after update to WP 5.3, Cannot Log into wpadmin

After updating my site and various plug-ins, I can no longer access the wpadmin page.

Our master slider was bundled with the envato photonic theme. I have read threads from users with similar issues and the response seems to be to update master slider which I cannot do since I have no access to the admin page. Please help. Thank you

I now experience the same thing. Also see Ticket #48686 (awaiting moderation)
However, the error message pointed to a change I had done in TwentyTwelveChild’s
functions.php, suggested in #48686. Also see WordPress 5.3 big_image 2560 threshold not wanted!
