    Hi,

I have a problem with my website – I don’t see any transactions being tracked. I followed your set up instructions and I think I did it right (at least did my best). I searched this forum I have two possible clues:
    1) Most of products are not simple products – do I have to use some special ways of implementing the code for variable products ?
    2) I use eStore theme and I think it use it’s own form-checkout page. Can it be the reason ? If so, what can I do to make your plugin work in this situation ?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

    Regards

    Marcin

I’ve had this same issue as well. I think it has something to do with the woocommerce update that came out on the 5th. I’ve lost all tracking of revenue and transactions since them. I still have the traffic statistics but nothing with eCommerce. I believe that the plugin is not communicating properly with woocommerce. How long have you been having your issue?

Well, to be honest my website is new and I’ve never managed to track any transaction (since I have no sales yet ?? ). I did only test transaction (not as admin). That is also why, I am not sure if my set up is correct in first place.

    Hi @khargool,

There is no special treatment for variable products, it should work just like with simple products.

Your second point could be the real reason.
Generally what your theme should do is to completely mimic the behavior of the default order received page:
    * include the order ID and order key in the URL
    * use the woocommerce_is_order_received_page WP filter to tell all plugins that their own page is the same as the default order received page

What I can tell you that the latest version (v1.11.x) of GTM4WP was tested with WooCommerce 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 and on my testing site with Storefront theme it works correctly.

@jpattwell – I hope you can find some idea from my answer about as well

I have the same issue. After the last woocommerce update our two identical sites except the GTM implementation, stopped tracking the transactions. Other works perfectly since it runs old school GA snippet. The GTM implementation died slowly. This needs to be checked.

    Hi @sirrahikkala,

Please open a new thread next time or only post a followup comment in one thread or else it is very hard to keep track of your issue.

FTR – I answered to you in this thread:
