Add media link to Media & Text Block

You can use EditorsKit plugin which available for free here on WordPress repository as well. I’ve added Media and Text Block link features last month. I hope this could be a huge help. Thanks!

Thanks for bringing up your plugin Jeffrey, unfortunately I am only looking for non-plugin solutions, or solutions involving Gutenberg plugin only. Does anyone know how to achieve this without an additional plugin?
