Help Comment Box Disappeared – Error Messsage NOw

  • Every page in my blog is missing the comments section. I have no idea why this has happened and frustrated I can’t figure out how to fix it.

    Here is one url:

    All subpages have this message in place of the comment box at the bottom of the page:

    Warning: require(/home/lindacar/public_html/wp-content/themes/default/comments.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/lindacar/public_html/wp-includes/comment-template.php on line 879

    did you accidentally delete comments.php?
    the error says it’s missing

    It sounds like thats the case. You can just re-upload that 1 file to the appropriate directory and the blog should be fine

    I didn’t delete anything. I don’t know enough about what I’m doing so I don’t fool around with the code.
    My problem is I got help installing WP and Thesis so I’m having difficulty finding the right part to re-upload & where to upload it to or if it will upload to the right place on its own when I figure out how to do it! ??
