    The Live Chat page always has the following message: “Connection to the server lost, reconnecting…”

    How do we fix this?

    Ok so yes it does work sometimes (but not often) when Chat Server is changed to OnPermise. However we pay for 3CX through a distributor, I would have hoped our live chat could be placed on the same 3CX servers as our phones?

    Hello @danzmwl, by default our plugin is using our high speed chat servers, hosted by Google. If you cannot connect there, it could be a firewall issue or maybe your country is blocking access to Google services.

    On-premise mode uses only your wordpress server, but uses more server resources and performance is not optimal. Check PHP logs for server errors and adjust parameter “Website hosting type” accordingly.

    Future versions of this plugin will use geographically distributed chat servers, so you’ll always connect to a server near your location for best performance.
