    I had the sitemap created using SmartCrawl but when I click on the sitemap.xml I go to the page and get an error 404 message Oops! That page can’t be found.
    Nothing was found at this location. Try searching, or check out the links below.

    I have already tried deactivating all other plugins and still had the same problem. Not sure what else to try.

    Hello @preponadime ,

    SmartCrawl creates sitemaps under yourdomain/sitemap.xml and not sitemap_index.xml like on your site.
    I checked it and there is redirect 301 from sitemap.xml to sitemap_index.xml. You need to check your htaccess file and/or mu-plugins, functions.php for this redirect and remove it.
