View PDF Generates 0 Length files…

    Hi,

    – WooCommerce 3.5.5
    – WooCommerce PDF Invoices 3.4.4

    Been running with this configuration for many months and all has been working. However the other day customers reported that they cannot view their PDF Invoices. Now also when I go to the back end and open an order and click on “View” the downloaded PDF is 0 bytes in length.

    Nothing has changed on the host (including PHP version). Any ideas on what has gone wrong here or how I can diagnose this. I am loath to upgrade PDF Invoices or WooCommerce at this stage as the last time I touched this WooCommerce install it all broke.

    You can try to have a look at the debug logs of the plugin.
    Could you enable debug logging by installing Debug plugin. Next up select below options and the system will create a debug.log file. You can try it again. The system will log any errors.

    – Enable error Reporting
    – Create Error Log in File /wp-content/debug.log {define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’,true);}

    Asides from that, we can’t really help you if you’re using outdated versions.
