Link options not working

  • When in the admin, with the WYSIWYG editor (not Guttenberg), the link options does not popup.

    To replicate, go to a link.
    Click Edit (pencil).
    Then click Link options (gear).

    If I turn off your theme, it works. Once on again, the popup no longer works.
