Hi, i checked all, disabled all the plugin ( except woocommerce and your) changed the theme to the default WP 2019 theme…but nothing… no waitlist field is appearing…

i mean, i just activated the plugin, checked that it is activated in its configuration and that is it… it should be display the subscription field no?

I’m having the same issue using WP 5.3, Woocommerce 3.8.
Have confirmed with Themeforest that the plugin is compatible.

I have
1. Configured inventory levels and tested for over 1 hr.
2. Deactivated all plugins and reactivated 1 by 1.
3. Tested with 2 other themes.
but still no waitlist option associated with the product.

The YITH Custom My Account page and Wishlist plugins work perfectly. Just not Waitlist.

Any thoughts?

Hi there,
I have better controlled the structure of your product here, and it seems as if there is no set price. Also the tab of the variations seems to me empty.
Could you check this? WooCommerce, for a product to be available, needs these things to be set.

maybe the only thing is that has only a variation…. i mean…. it could be a sigle product but the owner put as variation product… could be that?
