    Hi People,

I’ve just been chatting with Andri, the excellent Accounts Agent on your site. I was asking about whether or not the exit intent works on mobile.

He has informed me that it should be working.

    However, it isn’t.

I can confirm that it’s the latest version.

Andri suggested I raise a ticket.

    And here I am.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best wishes
    Simon

    Hello there @simonk33

I’m afraid that the exit-intent condition will work only by detecting mouse movement and not with a finger scroll. I can see that in older UI we had a warning message about it in Hustle’s settings, I’ve already contacted our developers about it so they can update current UI as well in an upcoming release.
I’m really sorry for any misunderstanding/frustration caused by that.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hi Dimitris,

Have your dev team considered looking at touch patterns to implement this? I’ve done some reading on the topic and it seems common methods include detecting when the user begins to scroll back up in order to bring down the URL bar.

    Hello @hannahjohnson438,

    I hope you’re doing well!

I’m afraid currently there are no plans to add a future like this, I’ve forwarded, though your request to our developers, so they would consider it.

As a workaround, an opt-in in the Hustle plugin can be set to open pop-up will as the page has been scrolled to a certain percentage.

Please edit an opt-in and go to the Visibility tab, set Scroll >After the amount of page scroll , for the Pop-up Trigger. Please see this screenshot:

    Have a good day!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
