    Hello,

So right now I am living a new problem.
Just about 20 minutes ago it started: every lesson I click to watch returns a 404 error page.
I was testing it switched with a student and realized it.
So I tested it with my admin login, but the same problem occured.
I did a video to show it.

    Thank you

@0rbita You’ve got a lot of issues lately. Try to flush the permalinks from Settings > Permalinks > Save changes.

    @sallory85 yes, I am ??
The 404 error page last for about 15 minutes. Now, the pages are opening normally.
    Still I flush the permalinks.
    Thank you

I’ve used the ticket you’ve posted, reloaded Permalinks and everything seems to be working now. I’ve enabled the SG Optimizer plugin and configured it too excluding LifterLMS from the minification and defer render-blocking scripts optimizations.

    Wow @hristo-sg by himself!
Could you share the configuration of the SG optimizer, please? as we the LifterLMS users on Siteground run our websites without the benefits of the caching system in SiteGround, save a server.. save a planet ??

Just exclude every LifterLMS script from Defer Render-Blocking JS and JavaScript Minification options to be on the safe side. That should do the trick just fine ??

Oh, I’m afraid to turn SG optimizer on and have what other fellows had for 3 weeks even after disabling the cache, please if you can provide more details on the excluding paths/files for LifterLMS files that would be awesome, not for me only, there are several fellows here with open/not resolved tickets and in the facebook group having issues with Siteground x LifterLMS. I know you’re a busy man so feel free to ignore the request, no hard feelings!

@sallory85 , I don’t know what turning on SG optimizer should solve, but every issue I was having is still happening.
So I would wait a bit longer before turning it on, since I really don’t think the problem or whatever is there at the plugin.

I think this way is the only solution for your logged-in student issues, (The only cure is the hair of the dog).

All the support tickets have a website with previously enabled SG optimizer, disabling it doesn’t solve the issue, My website on SG hosting x LifterLMS works fine because I’ve never enabled the SG optimizer on it, I think the previously caching files need to be handled properly, It’s all guessing, I didn’t take a look at anything like what you guys having before.

@hristo-sg can you please check this?
@sallory85 have never used SG Optimizer before and has no problems.
However me and other users that used to use SG Optimizer are having a lot of issues.
There must be something about it.
    Thanks
