Compatibility with WP Rocket and Google Font Combining

    Hello,
    We had an issue where Google Font Merriwether and Merriwether Sans did not show on mobile browsers but showed on desktop browsers. In the browser console there was an error that IBM Plex Sans font (from Kioken) was not found on fonts.googleapis.com
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()

    With a bit of sleuthing, I found that WP Rocket plugin option to Combine Google Fonts was causing this error. Turning this off and refreshing the cache fixed the issue.
    Our site works as we expected now. Not sure if this is an issue in how the Google Font is encode on the source code:

    or if it is a WP Rocket compatibility. I will send them a support email as well.
