Database migration to other blog

  • Hi there guys, in the meanwhile to migrate my blog’s database to a new blog, wishing to keep the current posts.
    Facts:
    – Some 4,000 posts
    – hundreds unused tags to wipe out

    It would be nice basically to copy only the posts and used tags and let WP rebuild relationship.

    I should I manage the task? Any guide?
