We checked on our test site: we selected Arabic as the site language, and the preloader still works fine. We recorded a screencast and you can watch the video here: https://d.pr/free/v/4Lbnto .

Could you please provide more information so that we can look into it for you?

1. Please send us your website URL.

2. Please make sure the preloader is set to display on the entire site (LoftLoader Lite settings > Display On > Sitewide).

3. Do you see any error message in your WordPress dashboard? If so, please take a screenshot of the error message and show us the screenshot.

4. If you find any other clues, please also send them to us.

Thanks for check

But Its on and still when I switch to arabic from convythis plugin preloader dont work
But when I was return to english its working will and there is no error in Dashboard

What can I do in this case ?
I think its working in the main path when ar added to
https://homeyrealestate.qa which is main path its not working

Are you referring to this plugin? “Translate Website to 92 Languages with ConveyThis“.

If so, we will install this plugin on our test site and check to see if there are any conflicts between this plugin and LoftLoader. We will get back to you later when there is any progress.

If this is not the translation plugin you are using, please let us know which plugin you are using on your site.

Just want to let you know that we have released an update of LoftLoader Lite to resolve the conflicts between ConveyThis plugin and LoftLoader.

Please update the LoftLoader to the latest version, then clear your website cache (if you are using any caching/performance optimization plugins), and please also clear your browser cache, then refresh your pages to check the results.
