    Greetings,

I manage this website and it seems that when I update this plugin, all our Galleries disappear. Also it seems that the menu stops working. It’s a toggle menu for the website.

I have traced it down to this plugin. Is there something that needs to be done when updating? In settings somewhere? Looking for some help please.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Again,

I wanted to update on this issue, that it’s not this plugin causing the galleries to disappear, I traced it down to another plugin.

But this one is causing the menu not to work properly. So there is still that issue.

So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Todd

@digi2016 I just checked your website and in the browser’s console I’ve noticed “Uncaught ReferenceError: flowplayer is not defined at (index):122” – This is due to the fact Flowplayer is loaded with defer attribute when it shouldn’t because there is a render-blocking script there (inline) that is calling Flowplayer earlier than being fully loaded. I’ve noticed this is not an Asset CleanUp issue as when I access the website with /?wpacu_no_load (deactivating Asset CleanUp on-page request) it will print the same error.

Regarding the menu, can you make some print screens about it? You can use a service like https://imgbb.com/ to share the images.

    Hi Gabe,

Not sure if you can respond to this right away. I updated the plugin. The menu works on the Home page, but on any other page it does not work. If you can look at the website and try the menu, you will see how it does not work.

I can leave it like this for a hour or so, but then will have to revert back to before the update. This website is on WP Engine.

    Thanks in advance again.

if this does not work, maybe we can schedule a time for you to look at it after I update the plugin.

@digi2016 Todd, are you saying that after the latest version of the plugin (v1.3.4.7), the menu suddenly stopped working on all pages except the homepage?

If that’s how it is, then I definitely want to check it out. Can you activate the plugin quickly in “Test Mode” (so the changes will apply to you only), test the menu on pages where it doesn’t work and check the browser’s console for any errors? That could reveal the cause of the broken menu.
