Adding Print Button

I really believe that the ability to print the recipe in a pretty format should be added to this plugin. I tried adding the short code per your documentation but when I click print it looks really bad. As in the content is all broken up and printing on 3 pages. Additionally, it prints the whole page and not JUST the recipe. This is a pretty standard feature on most recipe websites that needs to be there.
