    Just updated your plugin on one website. (15 min ago). The whole website is crashed now.
    Got this warning instead of the site:

    Sorry for the trouble. Please update the plugin to the latest version 1.5.18 to fix the issue.

    1.15.18 is a new Release? I installed the update which was released an hour ago.
    This causes the problem .

    Hey,

    I’m experiencing the same issue with my website. However, I can’t even log in to the admin dashboard and recovery mode is also not working (shows “not initialized”). How can I update the plug-in without logging in? Thanks!

    Hi, Download the Update. Unzip ist. Then log in over ftp. Delete the old plugin and upload the unzipped file.

    hey their i also install new version of ocean-extra plugin, but my side bar “FOLLOW US” widget’s logo not shown now…pls give me suggestion to fix it

    I have the same problem, I’ve uploaded and activated 1.15.18 but have lost all of my content, only the menus have survived. Could you advise please. I’ve found the cause of the problem and the site is working fine now. Thanks you

    For widget issues, please update the OceanWP theme to the latest version 1.7.2

    @dtwiss do you mean fatal error? We left some files to upload with version 1.5.17 so we released the new version 1.5.18 for ocean extra to fix it.
