Manual reminder does not send notification

    Hi,
    Thank you for the plugin, it has been working fine but lately,

    For whatever reason it does not send notification email to myself and I cannot be sure whether it was being sent to customers.

    Any recommendation? Thx

  • I’m having the same issue. The test emails seem to work fine – i’m getting those. However, when I place an order and submit a manual request for a review – those emails never arrive.

    I realize the issue when I submitted a couple manual requests to customers and I didn’t receive a copy of the email they should have received.

    Could this have anything to do with wp cron or any caching plugins?

    I’m getting the same problem – I think my customers are getting review reminder emails (because they’re submitting reviews), but I’m not getting copied in anymore. I see that the licence key section is empty, so have just (re?)registered with the website: https://www.cusrev.com/
    … and have entered a free key.
    Hopefully this will fix it…

    Update: Customers are receiving emails, but I’m not being copied in. Have raised a support ticket at cusrev.com on this.

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    This is the correct behavior of the plugin. Shop owners should not receive copies of review invitations that are sent to customers.
