I am looking to keep the main page free of excessive images by having the link:
    https://nathanperkel.com/news
Only have one image per post in this page, and upon clicking the link the post would then have multiple images..
This is to keep the initial page clean and free of excessive images..
Anyone know how to do this out there?
    Thank You

  • Could you simply keep to only 1 image above the <!--more--> tag?

I am open to only having one image in the initial post, then upon clicking the link, having all the images there, not sure what you mean by the code you wrote.. could you elaborate? thanks

There’s a More button in the post/page editor (the icon looks like 2 pages separated by a dotted line) that inserts the <!--more--> tag into your posts/pages. Anything above this tag will appear on your main page. Anything below will only show when viewing the full post.

So if you only insert 1 image above this tag and the rest below it, only 1 image will show on your main page.
