When i install the plugin my store doesn’ open

  • When i install the plugin i enter the store and i see a black screen only. i can’t solve this problem. when i uninstall it i can enter my store page. I see a notification on system status screen : “ImageMagick Version N/A ImageMagick module is not installed. Ask your hosting company to install it.” Could this be the problem?

    hope you are doing well! ??

    To see what is happening you will need to activate the debug mode in your WordPress.
    Probably the ImageMagick message has nothing to do with the blank screen.
    But, it’s advisable to install ImageMagick Version to not have a conflict with the plugins.
