    When I try to download the backup I keep getting this timeout error.

    Inactivity Timeout
    Description: Too much time has passed without sending any data for document.

    Hi,

    Some specific server configurations can cause insufficient memory, which will result in an error while downloading backups.
    We would be happy to help if you could provide us with a temp admin account(send it to support(at)wpvivid.com).
