Woocommerce ecommerce Plugin fails after Facebook plugin

    Hi!

    I have used the Woocommerce ecommerce plugin
    or a year now and it has been working perfectly. However, 2 days ago, after installing the Facebook plugin for woocommmerce the ecommerce module stopped working.

    I have now deactivated the Woocommerce Facebook plugin and double checked the ecommerce plugin again, but it is still not working.

    Does someone have any experience with this and can help me out? Website is Festivaldop.com

    Yes, the Enhanced eCommerce Google Analytics plugin for Woocommerce plugin is still active ??

    Hi Tatvic,

    Is there something that I can do to make sure it starts working again?
    I have deactivated the plugin and activated it again. Is there somethng else that I can do?

    Below are the steps to resolve the issue:

    1) First Un-install the plugin.

    2) Request you to remove the following four rows from the “wp_options” table in the database:

    i) ee_purchase_code
    ii) ee_advanced_tracking_settings
    iii) ee_conversion_settings
    iv) ee_options

    3) Once you remove the above rows then Re-install the plugin and check whether the plugin is working or not.
