Shipping address not visible on order mail

Hello,

We have tested the same thing on the same environment and we are getting the shipping address details in email when we are placing an order.

So you can do the same by de-activating your all plugins except woo-commerce and fill the shipping address on the checkout page and place an order you will get the shipping address on order mail.
