I am using the latest version of this plugin and WordPress for several clients. In the settings, a lot of the highlighted Notes are overlapping the settings. An example is shown in this image.

    Here – https://pasteboard.co/IEwDh2N.png

Also, the thumbnail images are not displaying in the images here for the border styles.

I have been using this plugin for a year now and those borders have never displayed.

How can we resolve these issues as clients now want to remove the plugin because the plugin appears to not be functioning properly in the dashboard?

  • Hi @mymothersdaughter,

It’s very difficult to say why the borders aren’t displaying without access to your site. It’s not something I’ve seen before myself.

Would you please delete FooGallery and reinstall it and let me know if it makes a difference? All your galleries will remain intact.

If they borders are still missing are you able to use right mouse button -> inspect in Google Chrome, switch to the Console tab and refresh the page and let me know if there are any errors showing?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi @phillcoxon so here is a new image with the errors from Chrome – https://pasteboard.co/IGlckD6.png.

The links on the right are prefixed with:

    /wp-content/plugins/foogallery/extensions/default-templates/shared/img/admin/

When I try to access one of those links by clicking in the Console, I get this – https://pasteboard.co/IGlemmx.png.

    Hi @mymothersdaughter,

The errors indicate the image files are missing. Did you try deleting FooGallery and reinstalling it to see if the images are properly installed?

Oh, @phillcoxon I’m so sorry! It’s the FooGallery Owl Carousel Template plugin causing the issue – https://pasteboard.co/IGnbjCK.png. When I deactivate that, the images are fine and all of the little boxes can be seen. But when I activate the template plugin, I get that wonkiness. Is that one of your plugins now or should I contact Matt? Is there a way to fix it? We have the template plugin on quite a number of websites.

    Hi @mymothersdaughter,

Ah… that makes sense. My understanding is that FooGalley Owl Carousel hasn’t been updated for some time.

I believe (but don’t hold me to this until it’s officially confirmed) that FooPlugins may be taking it over but we have other priorities on the todo list to complete before we can look at updating it. With that said I’m not 100% sure of this.

You could try reaching out to Matt to see what he says and I’ll have a chat to the development team in our next meeting.

Would you please send me an email to [email protected] and include a link back to this support request and I’ll work with you directly there to follow this up.
