Zip code validation problem v4.6.9

I also just updated to 4.7.0.

I just received email from a client, where he screenshot the error.
He tried to enter simple 5 digit zip code and got zip code validation error – could not proceed to checkout/merchant.

I am running postcode field as “not required”, so it should pass by default, but it did not. Is this issue fixed/adressed in 4.7.0? Or this is something you should look in to.
