The link I added for the new page does not work

The links I’ve added to a page for redirecting to newly created pages somehow don’t work. The page I want to add the link is > https://www.goyouthink.com/courses/ and the url paths for newly added pages are like the following: https://www.goyouthink.com/courses/skills-for-success, https://www.goyouthink.com/courses/leadership-training-for-managers so they are one level below of the courses page and theses links won’t work. However, the link I added on https://www.goyouthink.com/courses/ for the page https://www.goyouthink.com/be-an-influential-leader/ which is at the same level with the courses page works after 3 days of not working. It started to work all of a sudden even though I did not change anything with the setting.
The way I add a link is to create a field as a link with the url option and then on the edit page window to choose the page I want to link to from the drop-down menu. I also tried to create that field as page link, it did not work as well.
Do you think is it related to a wp bug or what other possibilities might cause this problem. I am not very familiar with WordPress so any tip and/or advice is much appreciated.
The version I use is 5.2.4 and I am adding these pages to a 2016 Child Theme.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hey Laxman, Skills for success page is already set as a child of courses page as the other child pages of the “courses” page and the permalink looks correct as its path is : https://www.goyouthink.com/courses/skills-for-success/ .
I solved the issue by simply writing the hard code of the url path on the php theme file page instead of getting the data via php require method from the field holding the required url data. It solved my issue but still would like to know why the php require method failed there, although the syntax and all the field names and parent/child settings were alright.
