Details still being sent to Mailchimp even when opt-in is unchecked

    Even when the opt-in is unchecked, the user’s details are still being sent to Mailchimp. Although the contact appears as unsubscribed in Mailchimp, the fact that their details are sent to Mailchimp is against GDPR.

    How can I prevent this from happening?
