Prices drop fifty-fifty

I tried delete products lists and pricing rules and created new ones. Problem still permits

Can you please share back-end admin rules screenshot.

Also please check if any other rules / discounts are active.

No other rules are active. Product also in sale. When i activate pricing rule prices drop halfly

I am having the same issue. I set 10% off for 2+ products. The price showed in the price table is almost 50% off, but the checkout price is right.
