Can you let us know what tracking option you have enabled for the plugin: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#tracking-options ? What do you have selected for the Standard Tracking
and Universal Tracking
options?
Try disabling the Standard Tracking
setting and keeping the Universal Tracking
setting enabled to see if that helps.
We also have monster insights installed, are they clashing perhaps?
Yes, I would suggest checking that. If disabling the Standard Tracking
setting and keeping the Universal Tracking
setting enabled doesn’t help, then I would try de-activating the Monster Insights plugin to see if you start getting information sent to your account.
Also, please make sure if you’re testing that you are not logged into your Admin account, as those events will not be tracked. We recommend making sure you have a customer or non-logged in account to test.
If things still aren’t working, this kind of problem can be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
